 Understanding\nPersonality Types Diploma<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 The Brussels\nOrganization for Human Rights and Development has successfully organized a\ntraining course entitled ” Understanding Personality Types” for two\nconsecutive days at the  headquarters of\nthe organization in Brussels, Belgium.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday,13th<\/sup> April, 2019,\nthe participants in the training course entitled “Understanding\nPersonality Types”, which has\nended on Sunday, 14th<\/sup> April, 2019, were hosted in the training room\nat the headquarters of the Brussels Organization for Human Rights and\nDevelopment;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the participants from\nBelgium, more than 30 trainees from several countries, most of them from\nAfrica, North Africa, have participated in the training program through video\nconferencing and live broadcast. The Brussels Human Rights and Development\nOrganization is keen on raising the awareness and develop the minds of the people\nin North Africa and the Middle East,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the training program was to\nwork on figuring out the type of oneself personality, and the personality types\nof other people that surround his\/her and live with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And to ensure that the African citizen, in\nparticular, contributes to  building a\nsuccessful and influential human personality that would have a great effect on\nthe peacemaking process, and also contributes to the rejection of violence,\nextremism and the social isolation, according to scientific theories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the discussions conducted with the\ntrainees within the training room or through video conferencing, we have\nobserved a positive interaction with the subject of the course by asking\nquestions and answering them from the lecturer about the importance of\nunderstanding the human characters in family and social life, which contributes\nto eliminating or reducing human differences .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 The course was basically about the\nidentification of personal patterns, character analysis, how to create a state\nof social harmony, and the ability of the person to assess the actions of\nothers and how to deal with them;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trainees received an international\nEuropean certificate accredited by the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
